A worry knot is a lavender scented soy wax candle in the shape of a knot. It is used as a meditation tool to release worry, anxiety and stress.

Each candle comes with instructions on how to use the candle during a meditation practice or ritual.

Burn time: this candle is for novelty use only. If lit please put on a flat fire proof surface (ceramic plate)

Each candle is hand poured in Oshawa, Ontario.

Due to the handmade nature of each candle, some small imperfections may be present.
